Now If Only We Could Live In Peace

So I don’t really do the about me thing, I would think my posts give a sense of me, my life and the people included in my world. . . . but for those that insist. . . . here’s a few tidbits:

I am first & foremost an honest person, I always try to say what I mean, sometimes it requires a little explaining. I do my best to get my point across.

I’m a full time adult college student, or sometimes called non-traditional. I didn’t enroll right out of high school & I’m glad because I appreciate the knowledge & experience much more than some of the dormers/young’uns. I get excellent grades because I work very hard in school - I also enjoy it like a natural high.

Of course I work full time as well. Makes for a busy life but it keeps me out of trouble (until I leave town - see below LOL). My career has been mostly banking, finance & accounting. No matter the product or service, someone has to count the money and for right now that’s me. When I complete my degree, I will work in my chosen field of psychology.

I love music. I listen to almost anything except classical and most country. Although I appreciate the creative works, the sounds just don’t grab me very often. . . blue moon kinda thing. My favorite artist/genre depends on my mood when I grab my iPod (something I would take if stranded on a deserted island).

I love travel & it’s mostly music related. Yes, I have groupie powers but maintain my classiness 99% of the time. Hey, I’m only human and sometimes desire & chemisty are just too strong to ignore. In the last 4 years, I’ve been to over a hundred shows, mostly hard rock & metal with a few weird artists thrown in the mix. I’ve been in venues around the US and Canada. I’m always on the guestlist. My adventures are priceless experiences to me.

Reason: my search for balance in life points out how often the ebb & flow of my journey is intermingled with the dreams & disasters of my existance; it seems as if all occurances in my world are dichotomies - even my heritage. So I collect my stories, experiences, life lessons and continue moving forward in my personal evolution.

I want to start a blog but I’m not sure if I like one service versus another so I’m trying two out & we’ll see which functions win me over. The purpose of this blog is like an open secret - tell all with anonymity. Somewhere to say it out loud with little consequence - journal style I guess. My disclaimer: My perception is My reality & you can’t fault me for that. I’m allowed whatever I think. Judgement from strangers is entertaining but ultimately meaningless. So let’s see what we think of each other.
